  17.      implements the manager and any privileges needed by the manager.

  19.      Catalog descriptor files contain the pathname to the DSO that implements
  20.      the catalog, the pathname to the DSO that implements the status panel for
  21.      the object type monitored by the catalog, and a title, description, and
  22.      list of keywords for the catalog.
